First, Happy Father’s Day to all the dads who are with us, and the ones that we remember. I know that my dad would have enjoyed watching his two grandsons playing T-ball during the weekend. It puts a smile on my face when I imagine him cheering from the crowd.
The past week saw our first campaign event on a dais, two meetings with constituent and political groups, and over a half dozen face-to-face meetings with constituents about the challenges facing our community.
I wanted to provide a little more clarity around the idea of an off-site manufactured home, by providing an example. These homes are being used in Altadena, California, in the wake of the fires that devastated northern Los Angeles County earlier in the year.
